Hi I'm Tiffany

I am a self taught photographer that lives in the heart of the South in a quiet little town of Waimate. My house is made up of myself, my preteen daughter, a long suffering horse husband, three needy cats, one horse, two spaniels and a few clucky chickens.

My day to day job is teacher, principal, problem solver, house cleaner, horse rider, child cheerleader, honey packager, small business owner and wearer of many hats (just like all mums). Sometimes my hats get a little mixed up but lucky when I get the right one on.

I have ridden horses from when I could walk and I’m sure it was earlier than that but what was an enjoyable family hobby became a full blown passion and slight obsession. My horses have taken me from bareback pony clubbing to Horse of the Year. Over the years I have dabbled in many equine codes; endurance, hunting, show jumping, showing and side saddle.

I have a clear understanding about what makes a great horse photo and believe me I have had many taken (and taken many) of my horses over the years. My current stead (model) Charlie came into my life as a three year old unbroken warmblood. He is now the star of my stable.

The reason I am so passionate about equine portraits is because I’ve realized that the purpose of my life is to take photos that show how special each and every horse is to their owner.
